Once assessed, our team will work with you to arrange bed to bed transport including ground vehicle transfers both before and after your flight.

  • Can a relative also travel on a medical charter flight?

Yes. Where approved, a family member or carer may be able to travel with the patient. Please let us know your requirements when booking so we can confirm arrangements subject to payload and flight restrictions.

  • Will there be a nurse escorting my relative or patient?

Yes, a flight nurse will care for your relative whilst onboard our aircraft. If using our bed to bed service, each patient is accompanied by a registered nurse and patient transport officers during the ground transfer on either end of your journey.
