Mark Wardrop
Executive Director & CEO
Mark leads AirMed’s strategy, growth and operations. A founding investor since 2012, he brings 25+ years’ aviation experience, holds a CPL and regularly flys international medivac missions.
Matthew Kline
Executive Director & CEO
A founding investor, Matthew drives AirMed’s growth and expansion. With 25+ years in business development, he brings strong leadership and a hands-on approach to building innovative aviation solutions.
Dr John Affleck
Medical Consultant
Dr. John Affleck oversees all AirMed and GroundMed medical procedures, bringing extensive expertise in aviation medicine. He also leads annual training in aeromedical care, triage and in-flight management for clinical staff.
Jane Harrison
Nurse Manager
Jane is one of AirMed's longest-serving team members and a highly experienced Registered Nurse.
Jane brings extensive clinical knowledge and practical expertise to the delivery of aeromedical services. Her deep understanding of patient care, combined with years of experience supporting aeromedical missions, provides AirMed with invaluable operational and clinical leadership.
Ridge Martin
Chief Pilot
Ridge is AirMed's Chief Pilot and brings extensive operational experience across aeromedical, charter and remote aviation throughout Australia.
Ridge served as Deputy Head of Flying Operations before being appointed Chief Pilot. His career has included flying and safety management roles in the Northern Territory and Western Australia, providing him with a broad understanding of aviation safety and aeromedical transport.
Mike Di Condio
Operations Manager
Milke has more than 20 years of experience across the aeromedical and airline sectors, having held a range of operational roles with major airline and aviation organisations.
Mike and his team plays a critical role in developing operational responses and solutions in complex and time-critical situations. Responsible for the day-to-day management of AirMed’s operations, he ensures patients are transported safely, efficiently and compassionately across the AirMed network.
Catherine Western
Educator
Catherine is AirMed's Nurse Educator and brings more than 40 years of nursing experience across both private and public healthcare systems in Australia and New Zealand.
In her current role, Catherine is responsible for developing and delivering professional development and training programs that ensure AirMed's clinical teams maintain the highest standards of patient care and operational readiness.
Steve Jacobs
GroundMed Operations Manager
Steve has overseen GroundMed operations for almost ten years and plays a pivotal role in overseeing the organisation on a day-to-day basis.
Steve's operational leadership spans a broad range of services including intra-hospital transfers, hospital-to-home and home-to-hospital patient transport, as well as providing critical ground transport support for AirMed's aeromedical operations.
Elisa Redondo
Group Safety Manager
Elisa brings more than a decade of aviation safety experience across multiple disciplines within the industry, including aerodromes, air navigation service providers and aircraft operators.
Elisa is a CASA approved Safety Manager within the Aviation Logistics Group and oversees AirMed’s Safety Management System (SMS).
Kim Harris
Group Quality Manager
Kim is responsible for the oversight and continual enhancement of AirMed’s Quality Management System, including internal and external audit programs and external accreditations.
Kim's depth of knowledge and disciplined approach have strengthened Aviation Logistics Group and AirMed’s compliance position, underpinned by robust internal policies and procedures.
